The big rosette was for a MACH 5, a very impressive title.
Pictured with the huge MACH rosette at our 2025 agility trial, is a happy Lisa Rusinko with her dog Harry. Two other teams that won MACH titles (Master Agility Champion) were Marion Johnson with Bocci, and Christie-Lee Hunt McNamara with Pastsee. There was also a very happy PACH (Preferred Agility Champion, Jeff Rusinko with his Corgi, Honeypot.
To earn a MACH, one must qualify in both the jumpers and standard course 20 times, plus earn 750 points. Points are accrued at the rate of 1 point for each second that the dog completes the course under stated course time. Each course has its own course time, which is determined as yards per second as wheeled off by the judge ahead of time. A PACH has the same requirements but with shorter jump heights.
A special thanks to all volunteers and club members who came.
