The Scottish Terrier Club of New England offers a rescue program for Scotties that for a variety of reasons need a new and loving home. Our rescue team is involved in the foster care, personality evaluation and healthcare of Scottish Terriers that come into our program. Our rescues are spayed and neutered. We seek to provide the best match between a rescue dog and their adopters. We consider vet approved applications and only consider applicants with children 10 years of age or older. After reviewing our material about Scottish Terriers or if you have previously owned a Scottish Terrier and are looking to open your heart and home and adopt a Rescue Scottie, please follow the rescue links to complete the on-line STCA Application to start the adoption process. You will be in contact with our Rescue Co-ordinator, Barbara Ljunggren following submission of a completed online adoption application form. Please also consider donating to our Rescue program. Donations are always welcome to assist in defraying high costs of vaccinations and healthcare for rescues that come into our program.
